In today's blog, I am going to give you a list of "must have" apps that will help make your trip a lot smoother.
Number #1 app
This application helped Diva and Geek Boy get from point A to point B all week long. The GPS is voice activated so the driver can listen for directions instead of having to constantly look at the phone while driving. The kids and I love to give Geek Boy a hard time because he listens to the voice of the GPS more than he listens to me. The girls have named her Delilah. Our friends in South Carolina were also entranced with Delilah's voice and have added this app to their phones.

After trying to listen to each other's iTunes play lists at the beginning of the trip and not really caring for the type of music we each listen to, we decided to play Pandora Radio most of the trip. I can't tell you how wonderful this app is to have on a road trip. We listened to 80's music almost the entire trip. I am so ready to go get a perm and put on some leg warmers!!!

Yes, I am a Facebook whore. On this trip I was constantly updating my status, stalking people, checking in, and posting/tagging photos. I apologize to you if I was annoying. But if you don't like what I have to say, delete me.

This app came is very handy in the times of need when I had to wire money from one account to another. Basically the cost of gas on this trip was my mortgage payment. It was nice to check the balance on my account at any given time and to be able to do a quick transfer.

Oh how I love Angry Birds. I discovered this app while in South Carolina. Did you know you could actually turn this into a drinking game? Yep, each time you clear a level, you take a drink. Geek Boy was a little grumpy on Friday and Saturday so it was in Diva's best interest to blow up pigs instead of focusing on wanting to blow up Geek Boy's face.
